“Dax Pierson Awarded $18 Million in Settlement”
Quadriplegic musician Dax Pierson, a member of Subtle and 13 + God who was injured in a car crash while touring a few years ago, just won an $18 million settlement from Ford after successfully arguing the tour van he was riding in had design faults that contributed to his injuries. Hopefully this award can help Dax live comfortably and continue his creative endeavors.

“In Quiet Switzerland, Outspoken Rapper Takes On the Far Right”
This doesn’t have quite the same ring as O’Reilly versus Ludacris, and that’s a good thing. What’s really interesting is the ways that the Swiss right wing is using culture, especially old paintings, to back its case.

“Free Scion App for iPhones”
Somehow, I don’t see GM releasing an app anytime soon. The utility of a BPM counter, at least on your phone, is debatable, but it’s definitely a great branding move for Scion.
